FREEZIN FOR A REASON

Donate Now

I've committed to be a part of the official party of winter. I'm taking the Polar Plunge at Lake of the Ozarks for a fifth year in a row on Feb. 26, 2022

Join the party with me by signing up and joining our team yourself, or if you prefer to stay out of the cold and hibernate you can make a donation to my page and I'll do the freezing in your honor.  I have raised my goal of $300 in the past to a new goal of $500.

Either way you'll be supporting the best reasons for freezin'- Special Olympics athletes. Through year-round sports, Special Olympics fosters acceptance and inclusion in our community.  The money I raise supports local athletes.

Thank for you for visiting my fundraising page. Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure.

Special Olympics Missouri is a year-round program of sports training and athletic competition for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. More than 15,000 athletes participate in 21 Olympic-type sports throughout the state. Special Olympics provides people with intellectual disabilities continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage and experience joy. You tell them that you believe in their abilities and understand the value that sports play in fostering acceptance and inclusion.
